This agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into on [Date] by and between BDF Creative Agency (“Agency”) and parties typed below:

1. Term
This Agreement shall begin on the above effective date and shall remain in effect until terminated by either party with 30 days written notice.

2. Scope of Representation
The Agency will act as the Talent’s representative in securing bookings, brand deals, partnerships, modeling jobs, promotional appearances, and related opportunities. The Agency is not the employer of the Talent and this agreement does not create an employment relationship.

3. Commission
The Talent agrees to pay the Agency 20% of the gross income from any job, project, or opportunity secured by or through the Agency. Payment is due to the Agency within 5 business days of the Talent receiving compensation.

4. Exclusivity
If exclusive, the Talent agrees to only be represented by BDF Creative Agency for the duration of the agreement.

If non-exclusive, the Talent may also work with other agencies, but must still pay the agreed commission on any booking facilitated by BDF Creative Agency.

5. Payment and Invoicing
All payments will be made via [Cash App / Zelle / PayPal ]

The Agency will provide invoices or payment requests as needed.

6. Conduct & Branding
The Talent agrees to conduct themselves professionally at all times and maintain a public image aligned with the Agency’s brand values. The Talent is responsible for attending bookings on time, meeting brand requirements, and communicating promptly with both clients and the Agency.

7. Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement with 30 days written notice. The Talent remains obligated to pay the Agency its commission for any bookings initiated during the term of this Agreement, even if payment is received after termination.

8. Confidentiality
Both Parties agree to keep the terms of this Agreement and all sensitive business information confidential unless disclosure is required by law.

9. Entire Agreement
This Agreement contains the entire understanding between the Parties and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings.
